A simple filter attached to the Mass Air Flow meter did a really good job of freeing up the intake on the new R56. In fact this simple intake proved to be a great bang for the buck. However, they did not want to produce just a good intake; they knew they could do better. So they took the time to make a nice way of mounting it to the bottom of your stock intake. This way there are no rattles or rubbing that can cause problems down the road. This intake is our go-to for all R60 Countryman's or R61 Paceman's, but is good for any MINI that wants an intake at a great price.
