We have found that over time the factory screws rust into the nuts that are molded into the plastic. They then spin in place and you can't get your plate off. Each new OEM plate bracket is sent with new Stainless Steel Screws and a Detroit Tuned Plate Frame in your choice of colors at no extra cost!. Note: Fits most MINIs. Also the cutouts go down.
