MINI Oil Filter Housing Seals for all Generation 2 Cooper & Cooper S motors! If you're replacing your turbo oil line on your Cooper S because it is leaking really badly, you might need this one also. The whole area gets so hot that it changes the seals shape and it starts to leak. It's a cheap seal that is great to have on hand when you need it. You're not going to be able to just run down your parts store and just pick one up. This seal comes in our Super Kit.

MINI has updated this part with one of the seals to a new seal design to help prevent this seal from leaking again. The old 009 part number is now ending in the 758 and is the only seal we have in stock anymore, so you will always get the most up to date part. All kits come with this new part.

Fit MINI Cooper & MINI Cooper S, R55, R56, R57, R58, R59, R60, & R61.

Changing the turbo oil line? Don't forget to replace these, too!

    Posted by M J on 25th Mar 2016

If you are replacing the turbo oil line, do yourself a favor and replace these seals and the seals to the oil cooler at the same time. 90 percent of the time these are leaking as well. You will have spent some time getting to this area. Installing these new improved OEM seals will give you peace of mind that the repairs are done correctly. After cleaning the filter housing and ports on the engine block throughly, I put a light coat of Permatex Ultra Black RTV Silicone on the edges of the seals to improve sealing and to hold them in place while reinstalling the housing. Don't make my mistake, order the Super Kit and save time and money!

Mini Cooper Clubman s oil leak fix

Posted by Jason on 31st Jan 2015

Poor oil filter housing location lead to oil leakage and smoke. Located parts here, ordered and received them without a problem. Spent about 7 hours of labor time to correct but couldn't be happier with the results.
