When the rubber dampening comes apart and fails over time, a vibration can be felt along with rotational noise. This pulley can come apart and also destroy your drive belt, which in turn will leave you stranded. This crank pulley is a direct stock replacement for a failed harmonic balancer with all needed hardware included.
