There may be air bag lights after installation requiring resistors if you do not want a light on (air bag system will still work). We try hard to put seats, brackets, and base plates together that work the best with a limited amount of modifications, but there may be other modifications needed to make sure seat belts and sensors work the way they should, so you should be comfortable with potential fabrication and some problem solving for your installation.
