MINI Cooper S Coolant Hose Kit G1

MINI Cooper S Coolant Hose Kit. We have installed a few hoses over the years and have seen wear on hose #9 (in the above photo) from wearing on the fan housing. We have also seen wear on hose #6 from wearing on the clamp #10 that holds hose #9 to the water pump. We have included item 4 in this kit because over the years from coolant flushes the bleeder screw can get chewed up and could break off inside the fitting. We only see this wear on high miles cars, and only in a hand full of cars. If you're replacing the radiator or a supercharger, this might be an item that you want to think about replacing. We have been surprised how well the rubber has held up over the years on the MINI, but we all know MINI owners take really good care of their cars. So if you have bought it used you might want to look it over.

This is a MINI OEM Part. Fits all MANUAL Generation 1 MINI Cooper S's, 2002-2006 R53 MCS & 2005-2008 R52 MCS convertibles. All main hoses come with new clamps on each side. You can reuse the small line clamps. Don't forget some quality fluid and make sure it's mixed to 50/50. If you need any part of this system by itself, we can also get one for you.
