Red Line synthetic non-slip CVT automatic transmission oil is designed to provide excellent low-temperature shiftability and improved thermal stability over petroleum ATFs. Its superior stability compared to petroleum ATFs also allows for high-temperature operation without varnishing valves and clutches, which leads to transmission failure. Red Line's non-slip CVT fluid is specifically designed for use in metal belt-type Continuously Variable Transmissions, including MINI, Daihatsu, Nissan, and Subaru (excluding chain-type CVTs like Audi). This product is not recommended for use in Honda vehicles with wet-start clutches, chain-type CVTs in Audi applications, toroidal, or dry units. Red Line recommends its H-type CVT fluid for Honda vehicles with wet-start clutch type CVTs.
