Need a replacement belt?

We carry belts made by Gates and Continental for your MINI Cooper or S! Choose from several different lengths to have the correct length for your application. Don't know what length you need? Give us a call and we would be happy to ask the right questions to make sure you have the correct belt length. Please note that the shorter the belt, the faster it wears out; so this means that the smaller pulley in diameters will require a belt change more often. We have been seeing belts that have needed changing on many of the Gen 2 cars by 60K.

• Belt 5   : Gen 1 MCS 15% or 17% Pulley w/ 2% Crank Pulley: Gates 1385mm / K060539
• Belt 6   : Gen 1 MCS Air Conditioning Delete Belt. Will run Crank, Alt., and Supercharger: Gates 856mm / K060331 Note: Must remove idler pulley (see photo).
